Menards Inc. is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for store management. You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Team Members to gain hands-on experience in our business and prepare for a future management role.

Through on-the-job training, you’ll be exposed to our promote-from-within culture and have opportunities for advancement across 330+ store locations and facilities.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Leadership potential or experience preferred
• Business-related degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Support and develop store team members
• Assist in day-to-day store operations and customer service
• Complete Manager Trainee program to prepare for management roles
