Job summary

Menards Inc. is launching a Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time, hands-on training path is designed to develop you for leadership roles across our 330+ store network.

You’ll be mentored by General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members as you progress toward advancement. Throughout the program, you will build business acumen and leadership capabilities, with a strong emphasis on a promote-from-within culture and clear advancement opportunities

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Willingness to participate in a paid manager trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program and work with the General Management team.
• Collaborate with Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn business operations.
• Develop leadership skills to be prepared for future management roles.
