Job summary

Menards in Indianapolis is offering a paid Manager Trainee program designed to develop future store leaders through hands-on training and mentorship.

As you progress, your General Management team and Store Team Members will help you gain experience in operations, customer service, and people leadership with a clear path to management roles across 330+ locations nationwide.

This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits and on-the-job training to accelerate your career growth.

• Complete Manager Trainee curriculum through hands-on store operations.
