Job summary

Menards is seeking candidates for its Manager Trainee program in Retail Management. The paid, full-time training develops you alongside General Management and Department Managers to understand our business and prepare you for a future management role.

You will work with Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and build leadership capabilities. As you progress, you become eligible to promote to various roles across Menards 330+ locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing, and Distribution

Qualifications

• Manager Trainee program is paid, full-time, hands-on training to prepare for Menards management.
• Program progresses with General Management and Store teams to assume a management role.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training to understand store operations and leadership.
• Develop knowledge of merchandising, scheduling, and team development.
• Prepare to advance to a management role within Menards.
