Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time training positions you to learn store operations and leadership from General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.

You will progress through a hands-on curriculum designed to prepare you for a future management role. As you advance, you will gain exposure to promotional opportunities and a promote-from-within culture across Menards’ network of locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates outstanding customer service.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the paid Manager Trainee program and complete training.
• Gain understanding of store operations from senior management.
• Prepare for a management role across Menards’ locations through hands-on experience.
