Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop your skills for a future leadership role in retail management. You will work closely with the General Management team and Store Team Members to learn operations and management fundamentals.

As you progress, you will gain insight into store leadership, training, and customer service excellence, with the potential to advance to a management position across Menards 330+ locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and leadership potential.
• Willingness to train and develop in retail management.
• Ability to lead a team and motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop a store team through the Manager Trainee program.
• Work with General Managers, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn operations.
• Progress toward a management role across Menards locations.
