Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee position designed to develop and prepare you for Menards Management. You will receive hands-on training and work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a thorough understanding of our business and to prepare for a future management role.

As you progress, you’ll have opportunities to advance within our promote-from-within culture and pursue leadership roles across our 330+ store locations, Corporate
