Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals to join our Manager Trainee program in retail management. This paid, full-time, hands-on training prepares you for leadership roles across our 330+ store locations.

You will work with General Managers, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and advance into management roles with opportunities for promotion, including corporate offices and distribution centers.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Train and develop store team members during the trainee program.
Work with General Management to understand the business.
Progress to a management role after the program.
