Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee to launch a rewarding career in retail management. This paid, full-time program builds leadership skills through hands-on experience and mentorship from store leadership.

You will rotate with various teamswhile learning operations, customer service, and performance management. As you progress, you will be prepared to take on a store management role, with advancement opportunities across 330+ locations, corporate offices, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities
