Job summary

Menards in Ohio is hiring for a Manager Trainee position. This paid, full-time, hands-on training program is designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management.

You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and ready yourself for a management role in the near future. As you progress, you can advance to our 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid full-time training program to develop management skills.
• Collaborate with General Management and Store Team Members to learn the business.
• Advance to management roles across multiple locations after program.
