Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in Minnesota. This paid, full-time training path develops you for leadership in retail management by pairing you with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members.

As you progress, you’ll gain hands-on experience, complete the program and become eligible to advance to roles across 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.
