Job summary

Menards is seeking a Manager Trainee to join our growing retail team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This paid, full-time training program develops you for a future management role across our 330+ store locations.

You will work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to build understanding of our business and prepare for advancement through a Promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities
