Job summary

Menards is launching a Manager Trainee program in Michigan to develop you into store leadership. This paid, full-time training will dazzle you with hands-on experiences alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.

As you progress, you’ll gain practical skills and be prepared for higher-level roles at 330+ store locations, Corporate Office, manufacturing facilities, or distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program and work with store leadership to develop management skills.
