Menards in Carmel, IN is hiring a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time training program designed to develop and prepare you for store management. You will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and leadership practices.

The program emphasizes hands-on experience, promotion-from-within culture, and clear advancement paths to over 330 store locations and corporate offices.
