Menards is hiring a Manager Trainee in Retail Management. This paid, full-time, hands-on training program develops and prepares you for Menards Management.

During the program, General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will help you build understanding of our business and move into a management role soon; enjoy advancement and a promote-from-within culture.
