Menards in the United States invites you to join as a Manager Trainee, a paid, full‑time, hands‑on training program designed to develop and prepare you for store leadership.

As you progress, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will mentor you to take on a management role in the near future, with advancement across 330+ locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills expected for retail leadership.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Manager Trainee program and hands-on training.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn business operations.
• Prepare to assume a management role across the store network.
