Job summary

Menards Inc. in Mishawaka, IN is seeking motivated individuals for its Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time, hands-on training is designed to develop your leadership and store-management skills.

You will collaborate with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to prepare for future management roles across our network of stores. Upon completion, you’ll be eligible for advancement to leadership positions in over 330 Menards stores, Corporate Office and distribution

Qualifications
