Job summary

Menards Inc. is hiring for a Manager Trainee position in a paid, full-time training program designed to build future general managers. You will work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and prepare for a management role.

The program emphasizes on-the-job training, promotion-from-within opportunities, and leadership skill development. Ideal candidates are motivated, customer-focused, and prepared to lead a team.
