Menards Inc. is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in Homer Glen, IL. This paid, full-time training path is designed to develop you for a future management role.

You will work closely with General Management and Store Teams to learn the business and advance into leadership positions across our 330+ store locations and corporate operations. We emphasize on-the-job training, internal promotion, and a culture that rewards initiative and excellence.
