Job summary

Menards Inc. is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in Indiana. This paid, full-time training position is designed to develop you toward a future store management role.

You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and progression opportunities within the Menards network. We offer a path from trainee to leadership across Menards 330+ stores and facilities, with an emphasis on internal advancement and a culture that values

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
• Ability to lead a team and develop teammates.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Participate in hands-on training to prepare for store management role.
• Contribute to store operations and promote from within the organization.
