Menards Inc. in Wisconsin is hiring for a Manager Trainee, a paid, full-time training program designed to develop your general management skills and prepare you for store leadership.

You will work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and build a foundation for advancement. Successful trainees emerge ready to lead, with opportunities to promote to 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution
