Job summary

Menards Inc. is seeking a Manager Trainee to start a rewarding retail management career. This paid, full-time training program will develop you for leadership roles through on-the-job learning alongside store teams.

As you progress, you will gain exposure to operations, customer service, and people development, with opportunities to promote within a growing company across 330+ locations and the corporate office. Immediate openings are available.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to prepare for management roles.
• Work with store leadership to develop operations knowledge and people skills.
• Advance within Menards across 330+ locations after program completion.
