Menards Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time training program designed to prepare you for a management role.

You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop a solid understanding of our business and leadership culture. The program emphasizes promote-from-within advancement, with opportunities to move to hundreds of store locations and corporate facilities as you progress through the training.
