Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee in Homewood, IL. This paid, full-time training program develops you for a future management role within our growing company.

As you progress, you’ll work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare you to take on a management position across Menards’ 330+ locations. Immediate openings and advancement opportunities await.
