Menards in the United States invites you to join its Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time role trains you for future store leadership and works with the General Management team to learn operations.

During the program you will earn competitive wages with weekend premiums and ongoing on-the-job training. Upon completion, you’ll be prepared to advance to management positions across 330+ stores and corporate facilities. Promote-from-within culture is a core value.
