Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop you for management roles across our 330+ stores. You will work hands-on, learn store operations, and advance from General Management to store leadership.

As you progress, you’ll train with department managers and store team members, gaining practical experience for a future management position at Menards in Ohio. We value motivation, teamwork, and a drive for excellence.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Desire to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare for management roles through the Manager Trainee program.
• Collaborate with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn store operations.
• Progress toward a store leadership position within Menards' network.
