Job summary

Menards is inviting you to join our Manager Trainee program, a paid, full-time, hands-on training path designed to develop and prepare you for a career in Menards Management. You’ll work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a solid understanding of our business and ready yourself for a management role.

Upon completion, you will be eligible to advance to any of our 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Management or business degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to develop understanding of the business.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the operations of Menards.
• Prepare for a future management role within the organization.
