Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee to provide a path into Retail Management with a growing company. This paid, full-time, hands-on training program develops and prepares you for Menards Management.

As you progress through the Manager Trainee program, your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will work alongside you to develop your understanding of our business and help prepare you to take on a management role in the near future!

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee paid training program to prepare for a management role.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to understand the business and future responsibilities.
• Progress through the program to advance into a management position within Menards.
