Menards is hiring for a paid Manager Trainee program in Minnesota. The role offers full-time, hands-on training designed to prepare you for a management career within Menards stores.

You will progress with guidance from the General Management team and Store Team Members, gaining insight into business operations and leadership responsibilities to advance into a managerial position soon.
