Menards is recruiting for a paid Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for retail management. The role is full-time and hands-on, with mentorship from General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to help you progress into a store management position.

The program emphasizes promotion-from-within culture, with opportunities to advance to 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers after completion.
