Job summary

Menards is offering a paid Manager Trainee program in Lima, OH, designed to develop you for store management. It’s a full-time role where you’ll work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and grow into a leadership position.

As you progress, you’ll join a promotion-from-within culture with opportunities to move to one of 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities or distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or leadership preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in Lima, OH.
• Train and develop store associates.
