Responsibilities

• Staff Management: lead Traveling Operator, Batterymen and Wireman Helper teams; ensure objectives and safety standards.
• Program Management: support capital plans and grid strategies; implement procedures aligned with strategy.
• Compliance and Safety: ensure safe working practices and compliance with codes and procedures.
• Internal/External Collaboration: partner with OT leaders, HR, and Labor Relations; coordinate with customers.
• Financial Management: monitor expenditures; support budgeting controls and decision making.
• Resourcing: oversee recruiting and staffing for the team with HR.
• Professional Development: enable training and performance reviews; coach and mentor team.
