Job summary

Portland General Electric is seeking an Associate Construction Project Manager to lead and support utility construction projects across transmission, distribution, substations and renewable energy resources. You will manage safety, budget, schedule and quality while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 3+ years of project management, construction management or engineering experience; utility experience preferred.
• CAPM or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-scale generation, transmission or distribution projects or support larger projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, including schedule and cost baselines.
• Monitor safety, budget, schedule, scope, resources, compliance and quality.
