Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or an associate degree in diesel mechanics plus practical experience.
• Typically, at least two or more years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge / Experience with distributed BESS a plus.
• Requires a valid driver's license and a history of safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates maintenance activities for distributed generation equipment.
• Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to others.
• Develops and implements maintenance schedule.
• Collaborates with customers to ensure maintenance activities occur in a timely manner.
• Responds to customer calls regarding maintenance and prioritizes maintenance activities.
• Oversees or performs preventative and emergency maintenance.
• Maintains maintenance documentation in accordance with standards, regulations and procedures.
• Responds to customer concerns and provides technical advice on distributed generation equipment maintenance.
• Writes purchase orders and maintain billing records.
• Selects vendors and monitors vendor performance.
