Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in power plant operations, maintenance, engineering and related support activities.
• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience; experience with bargaining employees preferred.
• Combined-cycle power plant experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee plant operations staff for energy generation facilities.
• Develop, administer and enforce procedures for safe, reliable plant operation.
• Oversee budgeting, financial controls and cost management for plant operations.
• Coordinate with HR on staffing, training and performance reviews.
