Job summary

Portland General Electric (PGE) seeks a Transmission & Distribution Asset Manager to lead lifecycle management of its transmission, distribution and substation assets. The role evaluates asset condition, performance, risk and cost to develop investment strategies and capital plans that support safety, reliability and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related technical discipline from ABET-accredited program or equivalent.
• Master's degree in engineering, business administration, asset management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset strategies and multi-year investment plans for T&D assets.
• Translate asset strategies into annual and multi-year capital plans with cost estimates and escalation factors.
• Support regulatory submissions with asset condition evidence and cost-benefit analyses.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve asset management and investment decisions.
