What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify needs and opportunities for process improvements through technology

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with large, enterprise-level IT systems, preferably in the life sciences industry
- Ability to exercise problem-solving skills with a degree of latitude
- Experience with Enterprise Document Management, Learning Management, and/or Product Labeling systems is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in life sciences IT systems
- Familiarity with business process outsourcing and business process management practices
