Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead AI-enabled analytics within Strategic Finance Analytics. You will build AI-driven data foundations and partner with Corporate Finance, Product Finance, and GTM to provide a trusted view of company performance.

The role requires a builder mindset with AI, strong data skills in SQL and Python, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights for senior leaders. Hybrid work pattern applies, with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic analytics.
• Demonstrated experience building with AI: using LLMs, copilots, or automation platforms to create working tools, agents, or workflows.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and working knowledge of Python; experience with Snowflake or equivalent modern data stack tools (Tableau or similar BI experience a plus).

Responsabilités

• Design and build AI-enabled workflows, agents, and tools to automate analysis and reporting.
• Use SQL and Python to accelerate data prep, pattern identification, and insight generation.
• Build datasets and analytical frameworks to support enterprise questions.
• Maintain dashboards and self-service reporting (Tableau) for cross-functional partners.
• Champion AI adoption by sharing prototypes and reusable components with finance teams.
• Deliver analyses on historical trends and forecast drivers for planning and decision-making.
• Partner with finance, GTM, and analytics teams to align metrics and data sources.
