Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse in Baton Rouge is seeking a confident Restaurant Manager with 2-5 years of casual, upscale casual or fine dining experience. The role focuses on leadership, guest service and running a profitable operation.

A Level 1 wine certification is a plus, and you will support the GM in executing plans, managing costs and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining or Fine Dining Experience.
• Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience managing a steakhouse and level 1 Wine Certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example.
• Help GM execute plans based on guest surveys to improve guests' restaurant experience and increase loyalty.
• Assist the GM to ensure the profitability of restaurant operations by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing quality food and exceptional service.
