Job summary

Dividend Restaurant Group, owner of Sullivan's Steakhouse, is seeking a Host for the Detroit location. You will welcome guests, manage the host stand, and coordinate seating while maintaining a clean, guest-focused dining environment.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, upbeat demeanor and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with opportunities to grow within the Sullivan's Steakhouse division.

• Must have upbeat, outgoing and positive attitude.
• Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate hospitality and ensure guests feel welcome on arrival.
• Manage waitlist during peak times and set guest expectations.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and complete cleaning tasks.
