Sullivan's Steakhouse in Detroit is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain exceptional service in a high-volume setting.

The role requires 5-8 years of GM experience at upscale casual or steakhouse concepts, strong leadership and operations skills, and may value Sommeliers Level 1 certification.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume upscale dining concept.
• Strong operations background with leadership, communication and time management skills.
• Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of restaurant operations, reporting to regional director.
• Recruits, retains, trains and develops staff dedicated to delivering hospitality.

Manages all aspects of restaurant functions, reporting to regional director

Ensures the profitability of restaurant operations by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing quality food and exceptional service

Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale casual/casual dining concept Steakhouse a plus
• Strong operations background with exceptional leadership, communication and time management skills
• Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 a plus
