Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a Dining Room Manager to lead the dining room team, drive guest service excellence, and partner with the GM to maximize profitability. The role emphasizes upscale casual dining standards and staff development.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in upscale dining, a strong leadership mindset, and a passion for hospitality. Experience in a steakhouse and wine knowledge are valued. This is an exempt, on-site position with Sullivan's Steakhouse.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Casual or Upscale Dining experience.
• Strong leadership with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality.
• Experience managing a steakhouse; Level 1 Wine Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM to ensure profitability within cost and labor guidelines while delivering high-quality service.
• Lead guest service initiatives and training to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Oversee daily dining room operations and team performance.

Position Requirements

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining or Fine Dining Experience
• Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality
• Previous experience managing a steakhouse and level 1 Wine Certification are a plus
