Job summary

Dividend Restaurant Group (DRG) owns Sullivan's Steakhouse and seeks a friendly Host in Naperville to greet guests and help build a warm dining experience. You will welcome guests, coordinate seating, and support the team in delivering attentive service.

The role emphasizes guest relations, a fast-paced environment, and teamwork, with a focus on hospitality, cleanliness, and efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate genuine hospitality and set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome upon arrival
• Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
