Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, EE, or MBA related to IT management.
• 10+ years OEM/ODM, datacenter operations, and management experience.
• 5+ years leading a Solutions Architecture team.
• Experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams through large deployments.
• Familiarity with OEM integration cycles, product qualification, and launch.
• Understanding of GPUs and networking tech.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will guide technical strategy for OEM partners, with a strong focus on new product introductions, solution design, and large-scale deployment support. You will coordinate cross-functional efforts across sales, engineering, and operations to ensure complex hardware and software engagements move smoothly from planning through launch. The position also plays an important leadership role in building team capability, resolving customer challenges, and strengthening technical relationships with strategic partners.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $224,000 – $356,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Plan and advise OEM technical teams on new product introductions and solution development
• Oversee the workflow of OEM technical teams to align with sales strategy and design objectives
