Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in S&OP or related analytical role.
• APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle including demand and supply planning.
• Develop and maintain forecasting processes using statistical models and market intel.
• Collaborate with production and procurement to create feasible supply plans.
• Identify and resolve supply chain imbalances and communicate risks.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement and leverage tech to optimize S&OP.
• Present S&OP recommendations to senior leadership.

We are seeking for a reliable customer service personnel to join our team.Job Summary**The Manager, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) will be responsible for leading and executing the company's S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels to optimize customer service and supply chain efficiency.Job Responsibilities*** Lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand planning, supply planning, and executive S&OP meetings.* Develop, implement, and maintain robust demand forecasting processes, utilizing statistical models, market intelligence, and collaborative input from sales and marketing teams.* Work closely with production and procurement teams to develop feasible supply plans that meet demand requirements while optimizing inventory and operational costs.* Identify and resolve supply chain imbalances, proactively communicating risks and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.* Monitor and report on key S&OP performance metrics, including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and production adherence.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process, leveraging best practices and technological advancements.* Collaborate with finance to integrate S&OP plans into financial forecasts and budgeting processes.* Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.* Present S&OP recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership.Job Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.* 5+ years of progressive experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain planning, or a related analytical role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.* Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing S&OP processes.* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical forecasting methods and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, other S&OP software).* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management.* Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.* APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent is a plus.* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
