Job summary

Iberia Foods in Miami, FL seeks a Manager, S&OP to lead the monthly cycle and align sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels to optimize service levels and supply chain efficiency.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration across sales, marketing, production, and finance, and experience in demand planning and forecasting using statistical models. Master’s degree preferred and APICS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in S&OP, demand planning, or related analytical roles.
• Proven track record of leading S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data analysis proficiency (Excel, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand and supply planning and executive meetings.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust demand forecasting processes using statistical models and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with production and procurement to create feasible supply plans optimizing inventory and costs.
• Identify and resolve supply chain imbalances and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Monitor key S&OP performance metrics (forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, adherence).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process leveraging best practices and technology.
• Partner with finance to integrate S&OP plans into financial forecasts and budgets.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and high performance.
• Present S&OP recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership.
