Iberia Foods, a leading Caribbean and Latin American cuisine distributor in the United States, seeks a Manager of S&OP to lead demand and supply planning, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization. You will collaborate with sales, production, procurement, and finance to align operations with financial forecasts.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, effective communication with senior leadership, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced food distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in S&OP or related analytical role.
• APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP cycle including demand and supply planning.
• Develop and maintain forecasting processes using statistical models and market intel.
• Collaborate with production and procurement to create feasible supply plans.
• Identify and resolve supply chain imbalances and communicate risks.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement and leverage tech to optimize S&OP.
• Present S&OP recommendations to senior leadership.
