Job summary

Iberia Foods is seeking a Manager, S&OP to lead the company’s S&OP process, aligning sales forecasts with production plans and inventory to optimize customer service and supply chain efficiency.

You will drive the monthly S&OP cycle, develop forecasting processes, and collaborate with finance, production, and procurement to meet demand while minimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with forecasting methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand and supply planning and executive S&OP meetings.
• Develop and maintain robust demand forecasting processes using statistical models and input from sales/marketing.
• Collaborate with production and procurement to develop feasible supply plans that balance demand and cost.
• Identify and resolve supply chain imbalances, communicating risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Monitor key S&OP metrics: forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, production adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process using best practices and tech advances.
• Coordinate with finance to integrate S&OP plans into financial forecasting and budgeting.
• Develop and mentor team members, promoting learning and high performance.
• Present S&OP recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership.

Job Summary

The Manager, S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels to optimize customer service and supply chain efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the monthly S&OP cycle, including demand planning, supply planning, and executive S&OP meetings.
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust demand forecasting processes, utilizing statistical models, market intelligence, and collaborative input from sales and marketing teams.
• Work closely with production and procurement teams to develop feasible supply plans that meet demand requirements while optimizing inventory and operational costs.
• Identify and resolve supply chain imbalances, proactively communicating risks and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key S&OP performance metrics, including forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and production adherence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process, leveraging best practices and technological advancements.
• Collaborate with finance to integrate S&OP plans into financial forecasts and budgeting processes.
• Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply chain planning, or a related analytical role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in statistical forecasting methods and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle, other S&OP software).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.
• APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
