Job summary

Iberia Foods is seeking an experienced S&OP Manager to lead the Sales and Operations Planning process and drive supply chain alignment with demand. The role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to refine the S&OP plan, analyze forecasts, and optimize performance across DP, MPS, DRP, and MRP.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in S&OP/planning and leadership, plus FMCG experience, with preference for USA market exposure. On-site role in Miami, with some travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in S&OP or planning.
• 8+ years in leadership roles.
• 5+ years FMCG experience.
• Desirable: experience operating in USA market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the S&OP process to align sales, supply chain, production, distribution, purchase and inventory plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure alignment of the S&OP plan.
• Analyze demand forecasts and production capabilities to optimize supply chain performance.
• Develop and maintain S&OP metrics and KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the planning process.
• Run and execute Demand planning (DP), production planning (MPS), distribution planning (DRP), Material planning (MRP).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the S&OP process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Facilitate and lead S&OP meetings, ensuring alignment across the organization on key business decisions.
• Define inventory policies and manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.

Position Requirements

Education: Typically holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and supplemented by an MBA or S&OP courses/trainings.

Location: On site Miami, Fl with availability to travel mainly to east cost USA.
