Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a procurement professional to enhance supplier relationships and governance, driving revenue growth through new partnerships and innovative initiatives beyond the current portfolio.

You will analyze pricing changes, coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and help manage governance processes; travel up to 10% is required. A Bachelor's degree with 6+ years or HS with 9+ years is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years in related field or HS diploma plus 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support identifying new partnership opportunities and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
• Assist in defining supplier top-to-top relationships and governance for accountability.
• Help develop agendas, capture minutes, and track actions across the governance model.
• Gather stakeholder insights and align with suppliers on initiatives and metrics.
• Evaluate supplier pricing changes, ensure alignment with business objectives and track performance.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

Location: Depending on business needs, this position may have the opportunity to be based out of another RBG facility.

Compensation: Competitive salary with flexibility based on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support the identification of new partnership opportunities, relationship management strategies, and innovation initiatives beyond the existing portfolio to drive revenue growth
• Assist in defining and managing supplier top to top relationship and governance structure to enhance collaboration and accountability
• Work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing discussion priorities, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items across the governance model.
• Gather internal stakeholder insights and collaborate with suppliers to align on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities
• Evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Establish performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent execution across supplier partnerships and programs.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree/​MBA
